Our expert team began by removing the old shower base and ensuring the plumbing was up to code. We upgraded to a Moen Posi-temp valve for perfect water temperature and pressure control. The remodel featured a new anti-slip shower base with matching Azzurra Bay walls, creating a luxurious look. For added support and comfort, we installed a bench, two corner shelves, two safety bars, and a Moen Magnetix handheld showerhead in chrome. The transformation was completed with a semi-framed sliding glass door in a sleek chrome finish.

This comprehensive bathroom renovation delivers a classic, bright, and airy aesthetic with subtle coastal undertones. The walls seamlessly incorporate a specialized window trim kit and are enclosed by a high semi frameless chrome bi-pass door system. The plumbing is fully upgraded with a Moen Magnetix showerhead, dual corner shelves, and two elegant Moen Eva single-handle chrome faucets, supported by a minor structural relocation of the plumbing lines.

The vanity area is anchored by a massive solid white Birch double vanity featuring a modern Osage door style, stainless steel knobs, and a glossy, double-bowl White wave-sink countertop. Adding a beautiful touch of contrast, the vanity setup is framed by two solid Birch mirrors finished in a soothing, coastal Harbor blue alongside a customer-provided non-electric mirror installation. Completing the home’s trio of beautifully coordinated bathrooms, this guest bath renovation introduces a sleek, high contrast industrial-coastal look. The wet area undergoes a shower to shower upgrade within a footprint, featuring a custom raised shower base leveled up to 6" with the bathroom floor for a smooth transition. The alcove is wrapped to the ceiling in the dramatic, dark stone tones of Triton wall panels, which are brilliantly offset by a semi-frameless chrome bi-pass door, dual corner shelves, and a premium Moen Magnetix showerhead.

Maintaining the home's signature color theme, the vanity area is anchored by two 24" solid Birch vanities configured side by side in a premium Alden door style, finished in the same solid Harbor blue with stainless steel knobs. The master vanity area is a massive, highly customized installation requiring minor plumbing modifications and extensive wall preparation, including a full skim-and-sand treatment on the mirror wall. The layout features two 30" solid Alder vanities, a premium Northbrook door style paired with a coordinating 30" Birch vanity desk/makeup area, all finished in a matching, solid Harbor blue with stainless steel bar pulls and knobs. This expansive setup is topped by a sprawling, glossy White double-bowl wave countertop with two chrome Moen Eva faucets, and is framed by two matching Harbor-colored Birch mirrors alongside a customer-provided mirror. This spectacular therapeutic walk in tub remodel showcases top tier plumbing engineering and high end accessibility. The project features the installation of a luxury 30" x 60" Ella Ultimate acrylic walk in tub, fully equipped with advanced jetted hydrotherapy and rapid dual drain technology. Accommodating this advanced system required complex out-of-scope craftsmanship to relocate the main drain lines across the subfloor.
