This project features a comprehensive bathtub to shower conversion designed with a sharp, modern industrial aesthetic. The centerpiece is the new shower system, featuring Gray 3x8 SimTile walls with authentic grout lines that stretch to the ceiling for a classic subway-tile look. The upgrade includes premium Moen 90 Degree fixtures in a Brushed Nickel finish, paired with a sleek Bi-Pass door featuring thru-glass towel bars. Beyond the wet area, the bathroom's functionality is fully refreshed with a new American Standard or Kohler elongated toilet and a modern single bowl vanity installation. The space is tied together by Whitby White LVP flooring and matching white primed baseboards, creating a clean, high-contrast environment that balances sophisticated hardware with timeless textures.

This bathroom featured dated finishes, a small enclosed shower with frosted glass, and an older vanity that made the space feel dark and cramped. While functional, the room lacked the warmth and elegance the homeowner desired.

We reimagined the entire space with a modern, open-concept design. A custom barn-door glass shower with soft marble-look panels instantly brightens the room, complemented by new chrome fixtures and floating corner shelves. The updated vanity, with its natural wood tones and integrated sink, brings a clean, contemporary feel, while large plank flooring ties the entire space together.

Embracing the client's vision for additional storage, we seamlessly integrated three corner shelves, enhancing both form and function. Our meticulous attention to detail extended to every fixture, from the sleek Moen Posi-temp Valve to the refined Moen Voss Towel Racks,Towel Ring, Faucet, Showerhead, and handle all boasting a sophisticated Black Matte finish. Complementing the newly installed Black Wood Flooring, our design experts curated the perfect ensemble, crowned by a semi-framed glass door adorned with the same exquisite Black Matte finish.
