Plumbing upgrades included a new Moen Posi Temp valve and a Moen Magnetic Combo trim. A sliding semi-frameless glass enclosure with chrome finish was installed. Accessories added included two corner shelves, a bench seat, and two customer-supplied safety bars. No ceiling panel or wainscoting was included, and no permit was required. Payment was structured in three phases, with a coupon applied to the total cost.
