This project focused on a comprehensive Bathtub to Shower Conversion at the Coripio G. residence, transforming a traditional tub area into a spacious and modern shower enclosure. The renovation involved removing the existing bathtub and replacing it with a new shower base. The surround features three walls clad in Smooth finish panels, specifically utilizing the Frost color for a sleek, bright aesthetic. The enclosure is secured by a Bi-Pass sliding glass door in a Chrome finish, measuring 58 7/8 inches, providing clear access and maximizing visual space. Functionality was significantly upgraded with the installation of two corner shelves, and a modern plumbing system featuring a Moen Magnetix valve combined with an AD Posi-Temp Combination Trim. The final result is a highly functional, contemporary shower space.

This renovation successfully transformed a dated, tiled shower area into an accessible, sleek, and modern bathing space. The project involved a complete Bathtub to Shower Conversion, featuring a custom Zero-Threshold base for improved accessibility. The surround utilizes three walls clad in White Standard Smooth panels, providing a bright, seamless, and low-maintenance finish. The enclosure is a Standard By-Pass Sliding door with 3/8-inch clear glass, finished in Brushed Nickel (BN) to complement the modern aesthetic. Functionality and safety were prioritized through the installation of multiple safety bars (one center and one left) and two corner shelves for storage. The plumbing system was fully updated with a Moen Posi-Temp valve and Magnetix-BN trim, matching the new enclosure finish. The final design effectively upgrades the client's shower area with enhanced safety, modern fixtures, and a clean, contemporary appearance.

This comprehensive renovation successfully executed a high-value Tub-to-Tub Conversion utilizing stunning Azzurra Bay Smooth panels, providing a rich, high-impact marble aesthetic to the bathing area. The design is finished with a straight shower rod and includes integrated shelving for convenience. The update extended across the entire bathroom, featuring the installation of elegant White Ocean Flooring and a modern Tall White Elongated Toilet. We also facilitated the client's custom vision by installing their supplied head and the Customer-Supplied Single Handle Faucet The final touches, including the installation of a 12-inch Genta Towel Bar, ensure a cohesive, modernized, and highly functional space.

This shower to shower remodel featuring four White Pearl Sim Tiles installed at 3/5 tile height, reaching 96” for a sleek and continuous finish. The design was complemented with an extra-large custom center drain base, ensuring both functionality and style. Four corner shelves were added for practical storage, while the bench originally planned as a corner unit was upgraded last minute to a fixed bench, enhancing comfort and usability. A window kit was incorporated to maximize natural light, and the shower system was equipped with a bronze cradle and slide bar, along with a dual water dial for smooth transfer and control. The enclosure was completed with a bronze panel and hinge door, tying the entire project together with a cohesive, elegant aesthetic.

This comprehensive full bath remodel features a sophisticated, modern aesthetic centered around a bath to bath transformation. The wet area is upgraded with a 3-panel smooth wall system in Veincut Grey, complemented by a high performance Moen Posi-Temp valve system and a complete replacement of the existing plumbing for long-term reliability. The shower space includes two integrated corner shelves and is finished with a polished Chrome tension rod. Elevating the design, the bathroom floor features premium Trecento White Ocean tile, which perfectly offsets the new custom vanity. The vanity stands out with its Osage wood in a sleek Matte Graphite finish, topped with a crisp white counter and a new matching mirror. To maximize functionality, a new medicine cabinet was installed, with all fixtures and hardware throughout the space featuring a consistent, polished Chrome finish for a cohesive and high-end result.
