This renovation showcases a dramatic transformation from a conventional tub-and-shower combination to an open, modern walk-in shower. The original setup, visible in the 'before' image, featured a white tub set against horizontal gray-striped tiles and enclosed by a basic shower curtain. The project documentation confirms a Bathtub to Shower conversion using Azzurra Bay colored panels, which provide a luxurious, light marble aesthetic in a smooth style. The new enclosure is a sleek Barn style sliding door system with Clear glass and highly polished Chrome hardware. This change effectively opens up the bathroom, replacing the previous busy tile and curtain with a bright, sophisticated, and highly functional shower space.

This Aventura homeowner was frustrated with the hassle of her tile shower. Even after thoroughly cleaning and scrubbing, the black marks would not go away! We added a new handheld shower-head and also a recessed caddy in matching colors.

The vanity area was refreshed with a sleek, modern cabinet featuring a white integrated countertop and under-mount sink. A rectangular mirror with a gray frame was installed above, complemented by a row of eight round vanity lights that provide bright, even illumination. The vanity includes two doors and three drawers with brushed metal handles, offering ample storage while maintaining a clean, contemporary look. The flooring transitions from textured beige carpet to wood-look vinyl, visually separating the vanity from the adjacent shower space and adding warmth to the overall design.

This project features a full tub-to-shower conversion, transforming a dated bathtub setup into a sleek, walk-in shower with modern finishes. The remodel included permit and HOA coordination, full demolition, and installation of Triton fixtures with a 42" rain shower and handheld combo. A recessed shampoo caddy was added to the back wall for clean, accessible storage, and a barn-style sliding door enhances both style and functionality. The result is a bright, spa-inspired space that blends comfort, elegance, and everyday practicality.
