For enhanced safety and mobility, the installation includes two Chrome safety bars (12" and 18") and a Moen Magnetix showerhead as a premium courtesy upgrade. Our recent project in Plantation, FL, involved transforming an outdated walk-in tub into a stylish and accessible shower. The client found Everlast Bathrooms online, and we were excited to bring her vision to life.

We began by removing the old tub and ensuring the plumbing was in excellent condition. Next, we installed a new Moen Posi-Temp valve to provide precise pressure and temperature control. We then placed an anti-slip shower base with walls in the elegant Botticino Cream tone, one of our most popular options. To enhance accessibility and convenience, we added two corner shelves, two safety bars, and a shampoo caddy. A Moen Magnetix showerhead in a chrome finish was installed for both style and functionality, and we enclosed the shower with a custom frameless glass door for a seamless look.

This extensive shower to shower renovation and master suite upgrade brilliantly transforms a compact footprint into an ultra luxurious, accessible, and highly coordinated sanctuary. The shower alcove is wrapped from floor to ceiling in the soft, warm tones of Botticino Cream wall panels, creating a soothing and expansive stone backdrop. Engineered for optimal safety and spa like comfort, the shower layout incorporates a premium Teak folding seat alongside two upgraded 12" brushed nickel safety bars. The entire space benefits from an elegant, full Brushed Nickel hardware upgrade, creating a beautiful, soft contrast against the warm stone. The high-performance Moen Magnetix showerhead and matching valve system are elegantly enclosed by a custom brushed nickel hinge door system. Beyond the wet area, the bathroom undergoes a massive visual transformation underfoot. Up to 100 square feet of premium luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in the beautiful, natural wood tones of Akadia is expertly installed throughout the master suite, neatly wrapped with included white primed wood baseboards. As a special white-glove custom detail, the contract also includes dedicated out of scope craftsmanship to install customer supplied 9" Kohler safety bars in the separate Roman tub area, including one securely mounted to the pony wall. The final result is a meticulously integrated, senior friendly master retreat that seamlessly balances timeless beauty with cohesive accessibility.
