The vanity area was refreshed with a sleek, modern cabinet featuring a white integrated countertop and under-mount sink. A rectangular mirror with a gray frame was installed above, complemented by a row of eight round vanity lights that provide bright, even illumination. The vanity includes two doors and three drawers with brushed metal handles, offering ample storage while maintaining a clean, contemporary look. The flooring transitions from textured beige carpet to wood-look vinyl, visually separating the vanity from the adjacent shower space and adding warmth to the overall design.

This project features a full tub-to-shower conversion, transforming a dated bathtub setup into a sleek, walk-in shower with modern finishes. The remodel included permit and HOA coordination, full demolition, and installation of Triton fixtures with a 42" rain shower and handheld combo.
